According to Lyst's Year in Fashion report, the former Suits actress' outfits sparked, on average, a whopping 216 percent increase in searches for similar items.

It's no surprise then that the Club Monaco dress she wore to meet Archbishop Desmond Tutu, sold out less than 24 hours after the visit.

Marie Claire Australia also reports that Duchess Meghan had packed five shirt dresses for her and Prince Harry's royal tour of South Africa in September - which saw the fashion category grow by 45% in total.

Falling just behind the 'Markle Sparkle' is Timothée Chalamet's experimental sense of style, which has ensured him a second place position on the list.

Zendaya rounds up the top three with her Met Gala red carpet look - a light-up Cinderella gown by Tommy Hilfiger. This resulted in a 54 percent increase in searches for the brand.
