A shop specialising in fashionable masks has opened its doors in Spain.

This is Spain’s first shop specialising in designer face masks. URBNMSK stocks more than 350 models, including official FC Barcelona masks and other Spanish football clubs.

Customers can also buy T-shirts sporting social distancing slogans such as “too close” and “kiss my mask”.

URBNMSK Project Manager, Hector Pardo explains that “in URBNMSK what we basically sell are hygienic reusable masks, which are the most recommended for the public.”

Hector also explains that they don’t stock EPI, but their products are “located between fashion and protection.”

“What we’re looking for is a product that is a [hybrid of] fashion and protection."

The masks cost between €8.90 and €14.95 (between R164 and R275).
