Kylie and Kendall Jenner have taken to Instagram to refute claims that their fashion brand has not been paying workers in Bangladesh.
The siblings took to their Kendall and Kylie Instagram page to speak out after it was alleged that Global Brands Group, which listed their clothing line on its site, have not been paying some workers during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The pair insists their company has no relationship with Global Brands Group.
They wrote: "We would like to address the unfortunate and incorrect rumour that the Global Brands Group owns the Kylie + Kendall brand.
These allegations surfaced almost two weeks ago when Instagram account Diet Prada claimed the sisters owed factories money. In their post, the account alleged that Global Brands Group still listed Kendall + Kylie under their 'Brands' section on their website.
Diet Prada also posted that they received an email from the representatives of the Jenner sisters saying: "The brand is owned by 3072541 Canada Inc. not GBG and we are not currently producing in Bangladesh using Global Brands Group."
