From the newest miracle in anti-ageing skincare, to the perfect mousse that’ll give your tresses the ultimate texture, it’s often difficult to know what is actually worth the hype. It’s why I have come to appreciate events like the ELLE Beauty Awards where standout beauty products are celebrated for their quality and effectiveness.
This year, WOOLWORTHS and ELLE South Africa teamed up to welcome the country’s biggest beauty enthusiasts at the glamorous new Woolies Mall of Africa store. Champagne, canapés and a stylish red carpet greeted guests the likes of Top Billing presenter Jeannie D, ELLE Editor-in-Chief Emilie Gambade, industry execs from top brands like Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent and Clarins, as well popular bloggers Kamo Mafokwane and Hayleigh Chamberlain.
