Adele’s incredible weight-loss transformation was a result of low-calorie meals being delivered directly to her door in L.A.

According to the Sun newspaper, the singer enlisted the services of the American meal delivering service, Feshciology, to help her shed about 44,5kg.

A source told The Sun that Adele was keen to lose weight and decided to use a meal delivering service, after being recommended them by Katy Perry, who was a big fan before she fell pregnant.

Adele reportedly made it clear that she doesn’t want to feel deprived, and loves wholesome good food, so she chose the balanced-calorie menu which delivers three meals a day, sticking to around 1 700 calories.
