Britney Spears and Sam Asghari tied the knot on Thursday at the Thousand Oaks, California home, after a nine-month engagement.
Donatella Versace, who designed Britney's wedding gown, arrived in California for the big day and spoke to Access Hollywood about what is was like creating the popstar's dress.
Swamps of paparazzi followed the high-fashion designer’s car upon her arrival and one of the cameramen asked if she had any well wishes for the couple. She replied: "I wish them the best, and they are amazing together. I wish them the very best."
About designing the dress, Donatella said: "It was a lot of fun and a lot of emotion as well."
Britney took to Instagram back in March to share a photo of herself and Donatella Versace. When speaking to Entertainment Tonight about her visit to the singer at the time, Donatella said she went to see Britney because she cares about her.
“I went to see Britney because I always care about her. The last time she was in Milan was like 15 years ago, so I brought a few pictures to show her. She was so moved. She went through hell and back. I cannot imagine what she went through,” she added.
