During an appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show, Freida Pinto reveals that she tied the knot with Cory Tran during the Covid-19 lockdown.

"I should clear the air. I wasn't planning a big fat Indian wedding. It was just going to be something pretty and simple… But then Covid happened and it's still happening and we just realised we were going to be planning this for the rest of our lives and probably never doing it," she says on the show.

Australian actress Sarah Snook and Dave Lawson got married in February 2021 in the middle of the pandemic. Sarah reveals to Vogue in October 2021 that she got married.

“At the beginning of the pandemic last year, I got locked down in Melbourne with one of my best mates and we fell in love,” she told Vogue.

Uzo Aduba and Robert Sweeting

Uzo Aduba took her fans by surprise when she dropped a wedding picture on her Instagram. She posted the photo in September 2021, on their one-year anniversary.

According to Drum magazine, sources confirmed that she in fact got in 2020 and decided to only share the news with her fans on their anniversary.

Rami Chuene surprised everybody by revealing she got married over the heritage long weekend in September 2021. The actress shared a portrait of herself on social media in a classic white wedding gown.

Issa Rae and Louis Diame

The Insecure star revealed to her social media followers that she got married to Louis Diame in July 2021, sharing multiple photos of herself in a Vera Wang wedding gown on Instagram. The couple tied the knot at a plush commune in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, in the South of France

Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez

Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez married in a secret at-home ceremony on the weekend of 15 May 2021. According to TMZ, the wedding went down at her home in Montecito with less than 20 guests.
