Nikki Bella hires a life coach to help manage her mental health

The Bella twin has hired a life coach to prevent herself from having meltdowns.

The 37-year-old retired professional wrestler has revealed that she’s in touch with a life coach to help manage her mental health. She believes it’s just as important to take care of her body mentally as it is physically.

Meanwhile Nikki’s twin sister, Brie, says she’s practicing regular self-care as it helps to make her the best that she can be. The comments come after Nikki recently said that she’s made it her goal to prioritise self-care in 2021.
