It is important to regulate your lifestyle into a balance between work, rest and play to avoid tipping work or stress matters out of balance. Your daily rhythm may suddenly intensify either due to employement troubles, or too much work to manage on your own or a health situation that forces you to delegate.
Whatever the case may be, you have some big decisions to make this year. Sharing the load may be a difficult pill to chew at first because it means sharing the credit…. However, it will also free you up to focus on more important goals that have been shelved because the mundane work and duties may have taken over.
2020 is a significant year to renovate and improve the important structures in your life. This may require vigilant and strict regimes and a lot of self-discipline. A proposal may come your way of pushing you to take your job or your relationship to the next level. There may be some delays on this regard and the actual commitment part may only manifest in 2021.
In terms of wellness, it is a great time to change bad habits and patterns and to focus on a strict and disciplined health regime that pushes you back into the fit and the healthy game you have been meaning to do for a while.
It may be a health scare that pushes you to commit or you may just be burning the midnight oil and you need to balance your daily rhythm with some recreational activities.
Other areas of focus are: A friend or colleague from the past may return during May –June. You may need to redo a course, exam around October 2020 that will prove to be an important process to do.
There is a micro/macro feel to the year. You may get opportunities to expand, yet the need to consolidate and structure your daily schedule reminds you of the importance of the daily duties that keep the wheel turning.
