Explaining how she started her YouTube channel, Kuhle says, "I only post on my [Instagram] stories, so people don't get to see everything. I wanted them to see everything that I'm doing in terms of fitness and my eating plans and my nutrition in detail so I decided to open a YouTube account where I can upload long videos."

After six months of efforts to grow her community, Kuhle's channel now sits at 6 900 subscribers and 196 000 views.
