It is never easy when the one you love breaks up with you. Even if you are the one who has to end things. There are stages one experiences when going through a breakup. 

"The Relationship Architect", Shelley Lewin explains that we do not pass through these stages in a straight line. "In one day, we can experience several of these, but each one is a dominant 'theme' to describe our physiological and emotional state," she says.
