#24challenge? My challenge is accepting my body

Skinny is here and in full force! I am sick and tired of my skinny bee-ach friends who have nothing better to do than run, walk, cycle all day looking at my VERY voluptuous body in disgust!!

I have a friend who is two bricks and a tickey high, weighs little more than a feather, eats absolutely nothing and complains all day she is fat!! She is so thin her boobs are inverted, her chest bones protrude and her eyes are sunken.

Granted she has got big legs but that’s her build and she won’t accept it.  She just keeps on exercising and dieting!!  She is 52 years old... come on! Accept it!!

Her daughter is just the same…poor girl... when you look at her now all you see is NOSE!!!  She has lost all the character in her face and the only part that has not shrunk is her nose!!

Heck! And she has just signed up to do the 12 week challenge again (she won it last year)!! Surely it’s not healthy to be like this??

Two years ago when I cut carbs and lost of bit of weight they all scoffed at me and told me I was stupid and didn’t know what I was talking about…guess what… they don’t touch carbs now!!

Well, that’s my rant … I'm going back to my coffee and packet of biscuits!!!  Who gives a rats about skinny……not me!!!  And if you are looking for me… you won’t find me in the gym or on the road… look in the kitchen, I’ll probably be baking something nice for tea!!
