We want Beyonce's skin!

Let's just admit it. In addition to her amazing voice and beautiful body, Miss Bey has ever glowing skin that is pretty much the envy of women all over the world (including myself!)

So, while I'm definitely no Queen Bey, here are a few tips that I follow to get her natural glow and all over fabulous skin.

Food for your skin

Everything that you consume has an effect on your skin. The Queen Bey also has her guilty pleasures but these are only a reward after sticking to a balanced diet consisting of plenty of fruits and vegetables.

Give yourself a break


It’s all good to focus your energies on your work and be a wonder woman, but everyone needs a break every now and then.

Beyonce is known to take a long well deserved get-away after a lengthy tour. Your body takes strain if you don’t give it time to refresh, so avoid those unwanted wrinkles by taking some time out to relax.

Protect your skin


We all know how harsh the sun is. So, It’s important to always protect yourself with sunscreen if you plan on having some fun in the sun.

Beyonce is often spotted wearing a hat and sunglasses when out in the heat. So remember that even though it might not show, your skin does react to long term sun exposure.

Final tips for glowing, radiant skin:


-    Use products designed for your skin type and complexion.
-    Exfoliate and tone your skin regularly
-    Use sunscreen with a SPF of 15 and higher
-    Use makeup that hydrates and doesn’t clog.
-    Always keep your skin moisturised
