The Monster's Ball actress took to Instagram to post a mirror selfie of herself standing in the bathroom while wearing a thick mask.

In the accompanying caption, Halle encouraged fans to take some time out for themselves and practice some selfcare, especially those living in lockdown during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Linking to the Instagram account Re•spin, her lifestyle brand, Halle promised her six million followers that they would be able to make the mask from ingredients located in their kitchen cupboards.

Halle launched Re•spin in early 2020. Described as a digital health and wellness community, the company promotes physical and mental wellness through workout videos and inspiration.
