Carrots, tomatoes, berries, salmon, and dark chocolate are just some of the foods that have been heralded as superfoods for good skin. 

However, it's not always easy to incorporate all these foods into your weekly meal plan, especially if you're on of those people who likes to reward themselves with pizza or Chicken Licken at the end of a long week (as you should).
