Rita Ora reveals her LED light therapy skincare routine

The star revealed her beauty routine in a recent video on Instagram. It turns out she’s been using a device which gives off full-spectrum LED light, thermotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced T-sonic pulsations to help with her skincare routine.

Rita said the device has red light LED therapy, which helps her skin observe the moisture more, which for her is amazing as she says she has dry skin.

“With the amount I travel, I can literally just take this with me everywhere and it’s so easy,” she adds.
