Running shoes are the new dad sneakers - and they're better for your feet

As models walked down the runway in brightly-coloured running shoes for the finale of the Aalto resort 2019 show, I could not help but think about my collection of running shoes (that I have yet to run in) and just how underrated these gems are.

A shoe that is built for running clearly reigns supreme over those dad shoes (that are clunky and many think ugly) loved for only their aesthetic really and often not that comfortable.

Running shoes are completely designed and made for comfort and they're cleverly made with fabrics that wick sweat and can fiercely take on all the elements.
