Fuel price hikes in neighbouring African see more strain on motorists and economies abroad. 

Zambia now pays more for petrol than other neighbouring Southern African countries - Zambian motorists are paying $1.16 per litre of petrol.

South African motorists are paying R15.72 (coast) to R15.72 (inland) for petrol.
