While we're under lockdown, everything else has faded into the background as we stay home and focus on social distancing if a visit to the grocery store is needed.

The act of a leisurely drive is no more, so is visiting extended family as the WhatsApp video calls and House 'jol' have become the new norm.

Fortunately, we have a platform to provide awesome motoring content to our readers and I wanted to share what I've been getting up to during lockdown.

REVIEW | Lockdown leaves room for reflection as Honda Jazz Sport quietly impresses

In March of this year, Honda South Africa delivered a Jazz Sport to Wheel24 and I've been using it for the past few weeks.

Don't let the 'Sport' badge fool you, this isn't a street-racing mini MPV. No, the Jazz has appealed to an older demographic and this bodykit-wearing Jazz has definitely moved its stock up in the younger generations' book.

I thought I'd show you what this car offers visually, so here we go, have a look:

The funky-looking Jazz is powered by a tried and tested 1.5-litre i-VTEC mill featuring company's 'Earth Dreams Technology'.

Delving deeper into the four-cylinder it features a dual overhead camshaft and makes use of direct injection and intelligent variable valve timing and lift.

The power output is quoted at 97kW at high 6600 r/min, with torque peak registered at 155Nm at 4600 r/min.

Look out for more updates on the Jazz Sport next month.
