BMW will unveil its latest 5 Series Sedan and Touring models as well as the 2021 6 Series Gran Turismo via a live stream. Watch it LIVE here from 08:00 Wednesday, 27 May.

The two vehicles share the same platform and both undergo what BMW calls an LCI ( Life Cycle Impulse) or in normal car lingo: a facelift.

So what can we expect from the mid-life cycle model of the seventh generation mid-size sedan? Well, from the spy shots the new 5 will sport a larger grille, newly-designed headlights and changes to the rear fascia and LED tail lights according to motor1.com

Motorauthority.com says the 5's new grille moves in line with the 'merged'- design seen on the new 3 Series and updated flagship 7 Series.

BMW says: " In consideration of the worldwide travel restrictions still in effect the presentation of the new BMW 5 Series Sedan, the new BMW 5 Series Touring and the new BMW 6 Series Gran Turismo takes place in a digital form."
