Fabio Quartararo stretched his MotoGP world championship lead by romping to victory at the 2021 British Grand Prix in front of packed stands at Silverstone.

The Frenchman claimed his fifth win of the season ahead of Spanish duo Alex Rins and Aleix Espargaro.

South African rider Brad Binder came home in sixth place. The Red Bull KTM Factory Team rider started the race in 12th place and carved his way through the field en route to his strong finish.

Binder is currently sixth in the 2021 MotoGP championship standings with 108 points to his name.
