Esteban Ocon has committed his future to Alpine by signing a new three-year deal with the French Formula One team.
Ocon, 24, has enjoyed a promising start to his second season with the team, largely outperforming his two-time world champion team-mate, Fernando Alonso.
The French driver, who will take part in his 74th F1 race at Paul Ricard on Sunday, said: "I’m delighted to continue with the team beyond this year and it’s a fantastic feeling to secure my future with Alpine.
"We’ve been progressing well together since I joined the team and I aim to continue that journey going forward.
"There are great challenges ahead of us, especially with the new regulations in 2022. I’m sure we can hit our targets by working hard together and continuing the story."
Ocon made his debut for Manor in 2016, moving to Force India a year later before spending a season on the sidelines in 2019 and signing for Renault last campaign.
He took his first podium at the Sakhir Grand Prix in December and has scored points in four of the six rounds so far this season.
