The Jolion is a sales revelation for Haval in South Africa, and now they've added a new sportier model to their model line-up. Here's all the basic info you need to know about the Jolion S performance SUV.
Since the Jolion launched locally in 2021, it has become Haval's best-seller overnight, and now they've added a new derivative to the line-up - in the form of the Jolion S.
The range is considerably improved all around the park and warrants a starting price of R342 950.

In terms of styling, black-trimmed bits are the theme on the outside, with sections like the chrome honeycomb front grille, side mirror caps, door beadings, roof rails, front and rear bumper garnish and 18-inch alloy wheels are coated in the darker shade.
Under the bonnet is a revised turbocharged 1.5-litre engine with power figures of 130kW and 270Nm (25kW and 60Nm more than the standard Jolion), mated to a seven-speed Dual Clutch transmission that sends power to the front wheels. Drivers can now also benefit from launch control.
The interior has also been ramped up with nifty features like a seven-inch colour instrument cluster, wireless charging, a 12.3-inch multimedia touch display and a six-speaker sound system.

They include Lane Departure Alert, Lane Keeping Assist, Lane Centre Keeping, Blind Spot Detection, Lane Change Assist and Driving Fatigue Detection.

Included as standard across the range is a five-year or 60 000km service plan and a five-year or 100 000km mechanical warranty, with service intervals scheduled for every 12 months or 15 000km.
