Fortunately, there's a rising tide of Chinese SUVs in South Africa that offer features and then some, and they are coming in at reasonable prices compared to what else is on sale. We recently spent a day assessing the Chery Tiggo 8 Pro, and it blew us away in terms of value for money. There's no direct competitor for this car at the moment, as it's a large seven-seater with more standard spec than you can ever imagine. There is, however, one vehicle that could give the Tiggo 8 Pro a run for its money, and that's the Haval H6, which South Africans can't seem to get enough of as hundreds of them are finding new homes every month.
