In late 2018, former host of the hugely-successful Top Gear show, Jeremy Clarkson, announced he will opt out of doing any studio-based motoring shows, according to British newspaper reports.

Clarkson, along with Richard Hammond and James May, currently host Amazon Prime's The Grand Tour. The Mirror reported that at the end of filming of their third season, an emotional Clarkson told the audience: "it's the end of an era".

A clip on the show's YouTube channels shows the upcoming season's trailer.

James May and Richard Hammond have been tasked to help market the show and find a slogan for The Grand Tour Season 3.
