The Kangaroo Zulu Dancers will be performing in a virtual version of the African Cultural Calabash Festival.

The University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN) will be hosting a virtual edition of the 15th edition of the annual African Cultural Calabash Festival from 7.30 pm tonight.

This year’s event, which has the theme “Ubumbano — Africa Unite!”, was recorded at the Rooftop Garden in Durban and can be viewed on the African Music Project Facebook page. Due to Covid-19 restrictions it was not possible to host a live event this year.
