Two Durban businessmen whose factories were torched to the ground during the July unrest have been struggling to get assistance from the eThekwini Municipality.
John Bass and Sam Tucker founded Bass Tucker Construction in 1994 and had their main operations in Springfield Park.
On June 11, last year during the start of the civil unrest, two factories belonging to the construction company were torched to the ground by looters.
