A man was killed in collision between a truck and a bakkie on the N3 at Shongweni in the Durban West region on Thursday evening.
Netcare 911 spokesperson Shawn Herbst said paramedics responded to the scene and arrived at around 6 pm.

He said the bakkie driver was found in the vehicle and was declared dead at the scene.
He said the driver of the truck was not injured.
