In the strongest indication that ActionSA eThekwini prominent member Makhosi Khoza is on her way out, party president Herman Mashaba has opened a case against her.

Mashaba and Khoza had a fallout after the latter had accepted votes from ANC councillors — who went on to elect her as the eThekwini Municipality Municipal Public Accounts Committee (Mpac) chairperson.

Mashaba’s spokesperson, Lerato Ngobeni, yesterday confirmed that Mashaba has laid an internal complaint against Khoza.
