The KwaZulu-Natal tourism industry is bracing for stricter restrictions over the Easter holidays.

This comes as the acting minister in the Presidency, Khumbudzo Ntshavheni confirmed during a media briefing held on Thursday that Cabinet is considering a number of recommendations, including the advice of the ministerial advisory council to impose stricter restrictions over the Easter holidays.

“The national coronavirus command council is meeting and considering what measures should be implemented during that period,” she said.
