The ANC leadership in KwaZulu-Natal is in a race against time to fix an inaccurate step-aside list before booting out members facing criminal charges.

It was handed an inaccurate step-aside list by its structures.

The ANC national executive committee (NEC) this week resolved that all party members facing criminal charges should vacate both their government and party positions.
