A man who allegedly murdered an uMvoti traffic officer over two years ago, was this week granted bail of R50 000 by the Greytown Magistrate’s Court.
Thabani Zakwe was arrested last month after police questioned him about the murder of Thobani Ndaba (45). He owns a security company in Greytown.
Bail was granted under strict conditions that he surrender his passport to the investigating officer, report to the Greytown police station on certain days and that he inform police if he needs to travel out of KwaZulu-Natal.
