The Congress of South African Trade Unions (Cosatu) has given the Kwa­Zulu-Natal department of labour seven days to pay out the Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) money owed to workers.

These are workers who were affected by Covid-19 and those who lost their jobs because of the unrest.
