An ANC councillor in uMngeni Municipality, Sithembiso Nkuna opened an incident report at Howick SAPS on Saturday after receiving a death threat.

Nkuna said the people who made the threats blocked his ward assistant on his way home on Saturday.

He said they told the assistant that he must deliver a message to Nkuna.
