uMngeni mayoral candidate, Christopher Pappas welcomed former ANC member and deputy mayor of uMngeni Municipality, Nompumelelo Buthelezi to the Democratic Alliance on Sunday.

Outgoing deputy mayor of uMngeni Municipality has joined the Democratic Alliance after resigning from the ANC last week.

Nompumelelo Buthelezi was welcomed by DA’s mayoral candidate, Christopher Pappas on Sunday.

“We are incredibly excited to have a really hardworking and passionate member joining us who’s going to add incredible value and skills towards what we are trying to do, to bring change to the people of uMngeni,” said Pappas.
