Long stretches of road on the KwaZulu-Natal North Coast are becoming hotspots for illegal drag racing.
The dangerous and uncontrolled sport has seen people die, become disabled or burnt beyond recognition.
These are the grim words of eThekwini Metro police spokesperson, Superintendent Parboo Sewpersad, who is pleading with the public to report the illegal sport as it happens.
