The burial of Judge Jerome Mnguni has been delayed again.

This follows an urgent application via Zoom on Friday in the Pietermaritzburg High Court which resulted in an order by Judge Piet Bezuidenhout, allowing Judge Mnguni’s widow, Nomusa, to petition the Supreme Court of Appeal.

Judge Bezuidenhout instructed Nomusa’s lawyer Surendra Singh to file the petition by September 30.
