Despite acknowledging that water supply did not meet demands in all districts, government officials say KwaZulu-Natal is not facing a water crisis.

Senzo Mchunu, Minister of Water and Sanitation, was in Durban on Wednesday for a stakeholder engagement over water issues in the area.

KwaZulu-Natal was the fifth province that Mchunu and his department have visited in the past month to assess the country’s water issues.
