The national treasury department has cleared the air around confusion over the R1 billion disaster relief fund for KZN.
The funding was announced by President Cyril Ramaphosa following the recent KwaZulu-Natal floods.
Thousands were left homeless and the floods destroyed infrastructure to the tune of billions of rands.
