Rise in drunk driving cases in Ezinqoleni area in South Coast

Driving under the influence of alcohol has increased in the Ezinqoleni area on the KZN South Coast.

This was revealed by Police Minister Bheki Cele when he released crime statistics for the first quarter of the 2021/22 financial year on Friday.

The stats indicated that cases of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs were six times higher for the three months (April-June this year).
