The driver of a truck that crashed into multiple cars in Greytown on Thursday, killing four people, has been arrested.

The man (24) is currently under police guard in hospital after he sustained serious injuries during the incident.

It’s alleged that angry residents assaulted him on Thursday after his truck rammed into cars and plunged into a nearby supermarket. Four people died at the scene.
