Two teenagers were arrested for vandalising public property.

Two minors have been charged with destruction of property after they filmed themselves destroying municipal property at Amanzimtoti beach.

In a video widely circulated on social media, two boys take turns recording each other while punching the doors of lockers inside a male ablution facility.

The boys first point to the number on the locker then punch it.
