It was a moment of agony for the distraught family members of four people who died in a road accident in Greytown, in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands on Thursday.

A truck carrying car spare parts crashed into multiple vehicles and plunged into the wall of a supermarket in Durban Street at about 11 am.

The family members who arrived at the scene were too devastated to talk to The Witness.
