Born in 1974, Prince Misuzulu is the eldest surviving son of Zwelithini and the king’s third wife, Queen Mantfombi Dlamini.

While a number of factors are taken into account before anointing a king’s successor, as the eldest son, Prince Misuzulu could be a front-runner in the race to succeed Zwelithini.
