Property owners who were affected by the unrest in July can breathe a sigh of relief after the municipality announced it would offer some reprieve to them.

Msunduzi Municipality is offering them rates relief and will also amend its property valuation roll.

Msunduzi has called on affected property owners to apply for rates relief by November 22. The applications are set to open from November 2.
