Mob justice is suspected to be the reason for the deaths of two men in Peacheville near Napierville on Wednesday morning.

It is alleged that the bodies of the two men were found in the early hours of the morning by a passer-by. The local ward councillor, Ross Strachan confirmed the incident and said there was a high possibility that it was mob justice.

Strachan said that in the area, residents in the informal settlement had complained to him about a rise in criminal activities during the night. He said the community had told him that they had been having this problem for over a week.
