A woman and her daughter were rescued by a neighbour from their burning house in Copesville on Monday night.

Radha Harishad (64) and Sherylee Govender (40) were sleeping when the fire started.

They are currently at Northdale Hospital with second degree burn wounds to their arms, back and chest.
