Msunduzi residents chasing the municipal deadline for their bill payments sometimes struggle to get their statements in time.

A story published by The Witness on October 28 mentioned that Msunduzi will have no mercy for those who do not pay their bills by the last day of each month.

Municipal spokesperson Thobeka Mafumbatha was quoted saying that any amount due must be paid or the City would disconnect or restrict your services.
