A Pietermaritzburg girl (eight) who lost her front teeth during Monday’s accident between a truck and minibus taxi blacked out soon after the collision.

When Nhlalonhle Mathobela came around, she ran from Ohrtmann Road to the Jika Joe informal settlement to tell her elders what had happened.

Mothebela was among the pupils who were travelling home from school when the collision happened.
