Zazi Nxele, Msunduzi Mayor Mzimkhulu Thebolla’s spokesperson, on Thursday downplayed a controversial Facebook post where the spin doctor described Police Minister Bheki Cele as a “Mampara”.

Commenting on Cele’s recent visit to Pietermaritzburg’s Imbali township as part of efforts to stop murders currently taking place in the area, Nxele, on his personal Facebook account, suggested that the Police minister was out of touch with reality.
